What's the difference between the women's and men's formulas?
Both have 22 vitamins and minerals with the same organic fruit, greens and adaptogen blends. The amounts are tuned a little differently, including vitamin C, vitamin D, niacin and biotin.
Why does it contain iron?
Both formulas include 6mg of iron (33% DV), a moderate amount for everyday use. Keep out of reach of children.
Should I take it with food?
Yes. We recommend taking your 2 capsules with food.
Can I take it with coffee?
Coffee and tea can reduce iron absorption, so try to take your multi an hour or two apart from them.
Why is there so little calcium?
Calcium competes with iron for absorption, so we keep it low (30mg). If you'd like more calcium, take Algae Calcium at a different meal.
Is it a prenatal?
No. If you're pregnant or trying to conceive, talk with your provider about a prenatal and whether this product is right for you.
Is it a good fit if I'm over 50?
It's made for adults of all ages. If you have specific needs, your doctor can help you decide.
